Aspen Creek residence pay $152 per month for the Aspen Creek Homeowners Association and $95 per quarter to the Aliso Viejo Community Association. The Aspen Creek HOA doesn’t have any amenities but the Aliso Viejo Community Association maintains a public horse and mountain bike trail in front of the community as well as Sheep Hills Park open to the public across the street from the neighborhood.

The community is centrally located in Laguna Hills and has a bike path right outside the community that runs along Laguna Hills Drive that goes all the way to the beach which is 8 miles away. It’s also walking distance to great schools including the Laguna Hills High School and Lomarena Elemtary School. The Community Center and Saddleback Hospital are walking distance away. The community was built very close to Sheep Hills park. Residence of Aspen Creek have easy access to the Irvine Spectrum, Laguna Beach, Aliso Viejo Town Center, Laguna Niguel Regional Park and major freeways.
