Location
New Territory is a community of 157 single family detached one and 2 story homes in central Laguna Hills located between the interstate 5 freeway on the east side and Laguna Woods on the west side. Directly to the South, we have the communities of Laguna L’Cerro Acacia Knolls and Sunset Place. Clarington Park is in the center of the neighborhood which backs up to Aliso Creek that splits the neighborhood in half with 76 homes on the north side and 81 homes on the south side.
Community Layout
The creek is where you can find fish, migrating birds, ducks and small to medium-sized mammals including Coyotes, so watch out for them!!! The highest selling price in the neighborhood in the last 5 years was $875,870 and the lowest was $620,000 but most homes sell in the mid $700’s depending on the upgrades the home has. There is no Homeowners Association fee and no Mello Roos for the home in New Territory and the taxes are low. Most of the homes are well kept and it’s a great place to live!
