Laguna Village is a community of 914 2- and 3-bedroom condominiums built on the rolling hillsides of beautiful Laguna Hills in 1976. The homes are mostly 2 story homes and many of them that make excellent use of the hillsides where residence park on the upper level but have a upper and lower level in back so the second story is down the hill 1 story. Community Layout
Some of the units have not been upgraded but most have so even though prices are higher now than they have been in recent years there is still great values in this community especially if you are willing to look often and patiently wait for the right home to hit the market. The taxes in the community running approximately 1.1% and there is no mello-roos but there is a $390 HOA fee due monthly. Although the fee is higher than average you get a lot of value for the fee. The HOA fee includes full use of the Pool, Spa, Tennis Courts, Picnic Areas, BBQ areas, est Control, and many walking trails, Gym/Ex Room, Club House with Recreational Multipurpose Room, Meeting Room and Onsite Property Management office.
Shopping, Transportation, Schools, Community Centers, Hospitals and Parks
The community is ideally situated close to the Irvine Spectrum and just 7 miles to Laguna Beach. For longer trips you have your choice of the 405 and 5 Freeways or the 133-toll road to avoid the traffic.
