The Homeowners Association (HOA) fee in the community is currently $320 / month for all residence but you get a lot for the fees. Casa De Laguna has well maintained amenities including a pool, spa, club house, manicured walkways and paths the meander beside a man-made creek that’s home to a wide variety of birds and wildlife. It’s rare not to see ducks on the creek but Raccoons, Rabbits and even an occasional Deer will visit. The HOA also maintains exterior including landscaping & roof. Property Taxes are among the lowest possible in Orange County and the community is VA & FHA Approved!!!

The new community of Hidden Canyon filled with multi-million-dollar homes overlook Casa De Laguna, but they are far enough away, so they are not noticed much. Other developments are also being built just on the other side of Lake Forest Drive in South Irvine; California that make this community very affordable comparatively.

Easy access to 5 & 405 Freeways. Irvine borders this community on the North. Shopping is very close with the Irvine Spectrum 2.5 miles away and only 1.5 miles to the Whole Foods Market in the Los Olivos Shopping Center.
