The community was built between 1982 and 1983.

Residence of Indian Creek also pay the Aliso Viejo Community Association about $97.34 quarterly and they provide a public horse and mountain bike trail across the street from the community as well as Sheep Hills Park across the street from the neighborhood.

The community is close to great schools including the Laguna Hills High School and San Joaquin Elementary School. The Community Center and Saddleback Hospital are walking distance away. The community was built very close to Sheep Hills park. Residence of Indian Creek have a 2 minute mass transit on the corner of Indian Hill Ln and Laguna Hills Drive! It’s not far to the Irvine Spectrum, Laguna Beach, Aliso Viejo Town Center, Laguna Niguel Regional Park and major freeways.
