Many of the homes are positioned on their lot in a way that offers maximum privacy; built with zero lot lines so residents living in those homes don’t have windows on one side of the house.

Residence of Sunset Place have easy access with in 2 minutes of Beckenham and Stockport park is a few minutes further but well worth the extra time. It’s not far to the Irvine Spectrum, Laguna Beach, Aliso Viejo Town Center, Laguna Niguel Regional Park and major freeways.
