The Home Owners Association fee of $135 in this community is paid quarterly and there are few amenities. One big plus for residence is community access to the running and bike trail between the community and Aliso Creek maintained by the Also Viejo Community Association (sort of because they don’t do much…) Unfortunately, each homeowner of a WoodWinds home is responsible for an additional Home Owners Association fee to the Aliso Viejo Community Association of approximately $105 each quarter. This additional fee covers the maintenance of Sheep Hills Park Park and the running and bike trail that the community has access to that can be used to get to the park.
