Laguna Village is a community of 914 2 and 3 bedoom condominiums built on the rolling hillsides of beautiful Laguna Hills in 1976. The homes are mostly 2 story homes and many of them that make excellent use of the hillsides where residence park on the upper level but have a upper and lower level in back so the second story is down the hill 1 story. These homes were architecturally designed to maximize the views for residence of the legendary Orange County sunsets from your home.
Some of the units have not been upgraded but most have so even though prices are higher now than they have been in resent years there is still great values in this community especially if you are willing to look often and patiently wait for the right home to hit the market.
