Indian Creek is a neighborhood in Laguna Hills, California 92653 made up of 111 town homes and 1 detached home for a total of 112 homes in the community. We don’t know why the builder only built one detached single-family home so if you know please contact us. The home design in the neighborhood is a good mix of cape cod and traditional style homes with one and 2 story plans ranging in size from a 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1,224 square foot single story town home to a 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath with 1,829 square foot two story town home. The community was built between 1982 and 1983.

Community Layout

Homes in Indian Creek are currently selling in the range of 565K to $700k with an average cost per square foot of feet just over $400. Homes in this neighborhood typically sit on average-sized lots for town homes and have small to medium sized backyards. The most common type of parking in the community is the garage but all the home also have driveways that can accommodate at least one car but most homes in Indian Creek have two spaces.

Common Areas

The Home Owners Association fee of $336 in this community is paid monthly and there are few amenities but the community is well cared for and the streets, sidewalks, curbs and most landscaping is in good condition. Residence of Indian Creek also pay the Aliso Viejo Community Association about $97.34 quarterly and they provide a public horse and mountain bike trail across the street from the community as well as Sheep Hills Park across the street from the neighborhood.

Shopping, Transportation, Schools, Community Centers, Hospitals and Parks

The community is close to great schools including the Laguna Hills High School and San Joaquin Elementary School. The Community Center and  Saddleback Hospital are walking distance away. The community was built very close to Sheep Hills park. Residence of Indian Creek have a 2 minute mass transit on the corner of Indian Hill Ln and Laguna Hills Drive! It’s not far to the Irvine Spectrum, Laguna Beach, Aliso Viejo Town Center, Laguna Niguel Regional Park and major freeways.
