The Neighborhood of Acacia Knolls is a gated community of 102 town homes located in central Laguna Hills, California. Therefor you’re going to be safe with only one way in and one way out. There almost no road noise in the neighborhood. That way you have a very peaceful community, located right between 2 very nice and well-established public parks. The community has 2 streets, Acacia Lane and Silverleaf Lane. There are no other streets in the community. Acacia Knolls homes are 1,600 square feet on average and typically have three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Community Layout
Almost all the homes in this neighborhood have fairly small lot sizes. The good news is there are lots of nice community facilities residence share. Acacia Knolls has a pool nice and spa area. There is a will equipped barbecue and outdoor cooking area adjacent to the pool area. The residence has a picnic area, a playground area and sports courts. You can play several different sports on the courts, including basketball, tennis, pickle ball, volleyball and bad mitten. Common Areas
The homes owner’s association maintains the roofs, common area, community gate. Each homeowner pays a HOA fee of $365 per month. There is NO Mello-Roos and the property taxes are low. Most of the residence park in the garage and most of the homes have driveways. There is ample community parking for guests and residents.
Shopping, Transportation, Schools, Community Centers, Hospitals and Parks
The community is close to great schools including the Laguna Hills High School and Lamorena Elementary School. The Community Center and Saddleback Hospital are walking distance away. The community was built between Buckenham and Stockport Park. Residence of Acacia Knoll have their choice of 2 great neighborhood parks! It’s not far to the Irvine Spectrum, Laguna Beach, Aliso Viejo Town Center, Laguna Niguel Regional Park and major freeways.
